Midas medical recruitment has a current requirement for a SHO doctor with experience in general surgery to start work as soon as possible in this on-going locum position available in an NHS Hospital in the north of England.

This locum is available due to the current vacancy within the SHO rotation of the general surgery department. The doctor successful in applying for this locum will be expected to work full time within the department offering cover in a number of various surgery departments. Specifically, there will be on-call shifts available in the vascular and ENT departments.

This is a very busy NHS Hospital that provides the primary care service for the local area. All surgical departments work in alongside each other ensuring that there is always enough cover available in all departments.

Doctors interested in applying for this locum should be registered with the UK general medical council (GMC) with a full registration. It is also essential that all applicants have eligibility to work in the UK.

General Surgery doctors successful in this application will receive;
*** Rates of pay starting from £30 per hour
***Hospital accommodation available for the length of the locum
*** Travel allowances can be arranged
*** Minimum of 45 hours per week.

This locum is due to start as soon as possible and will be available for a minimum of three-months.
